We received a pleasant surprise today when Mayor Tom Menino named our hospital Boston's Most Bike-Friendly Business. I think part of the reason was that we donate medical services for the annual Hub on Wheels charity bike ride. We were also an early contributor and advocate among other business to support Boston Bike Share, a forthcoming program to provide bikes on demand throughout the city to people.Whatever the reasons, thanks to Mayor Menino and his bike czarina, Nicole Freedman, for the recognition.

Tops at two-wheelers
